The Mikrotik RB1100AHx4 Dude Edition is a 13-port Gigabit Ethernet Router using an Alpine AL21400 Annapurna CPU with four Cortex A15 cores, clocked at 1.4 GHz each, for a maximum throughput of 7.5 Gbit. The device supports IPsec hardware acceleration (up to 2.2Gbps with AES128).

The RB1100AHX4 Dude Edition features a 1U rack-mount metal enclosure, RS232 serial port and dual redundant power supply with two IEC sockets for AC power, supports passive PoE or 802.3at/af input, and has a -48 V DC power connector for telecommunications (range 12-57 V).

Passive convection cooling without fans ensures totally silent operation without the need for periodic maintenance.

The Dude Edition version of the RB1100AHx4 router, has several high-speed storage connectors (two SATA and two M.2) for use with a Dude database, proxy cache, or any other storage-intensive function. It also includes a 60 GB M.2 drive already installed.
