Shipment and return

How we ship your products

During order checkout, you can choose your products to be shipped by TNT International Express Courier at your preferred address, or you can pick up them from our warehouse in Via delle Magnolie 6, in Bastia Umbra (PG).

Shipping costs will be calculated during your order checkout. Picking up your products from our warehouse you'll have no shipping cost.

We'll do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Return policy

If you want to return back one or more of your ordered products for a reasonable ground, you can send them back to us and receive a total refund. Products must not have any broken seal.

You can start your return only from here within 10 days from delivery.
