Description
Mimosa B5x is an outdoor PTP unit in a robust chassis with high resistance to interference, IP67 protection with an integrated antenna with 8dBi gain.
Possibility of mounting a directional antenna from a wide range (12 to 25 dBi), support for Wi-Fi 5 OFDM technology.
The unit has a 4×4 MIMO radio part with a modulation speed of 1700 Mbps at 160 MHz and is able to operate in the frequency band 4900 to 6400 MHz.
The Mimosa B5x is one of the industry’s fastest unlicensed, point-to-point (PTP), backhaul solutions. It’s ideal for short to medium range relay and tower links, custom-engineered collocation, and licensed 4.9 GHz spectrum. It’s modular, with the ability to connect X-series compatible twist-on antennas (12 dBi horn, 16 dBi horn, 20 dBi dish, 25 dBi dish).
For network connection, the B5x unit has one Gigabit Ethernet with passive 48V PoE support.
